SurveyRight® was co-developed with Dr. Brad Shuck of the University of Louisville, one of the most published engagement researchers in the field. The instrument is grounded in Dr. Shuck's work on psychological engagement, distinguishing between cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of engagement. This produces more actionable data than traditional satisfaction-based surveys.
Level 1 factors are the foundational needs your organization must meet to prevent disengagement: compensation, resources, workload, training access, and physical safety. Level 2 factors are the psychological drivers that create genuine engagement: belonging, sense of purpose, line of sight to organizational goals, leadership trust, and perceptions of organizational integrity.
Most organizations are fully deployed in as little as 3 weeks of contract signing. That includes survey configuration, custom question development, HRIS integration (if applicable), communication templates, and manager training materials.
Individual responses are never shared with your organization. All reporting is aggregated at configurable thresholds (typically five or more respondents per group) to prevent identification.
